1. Service

Shadow Quiz is a free, unofficial Pokemon quiz game available at pokequiz-e266a.web.app and on Android. It is not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokemon Company.

2. Acceptance

By using Shadow Quiz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

3. Accounts

You may play anonymously or sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account activity. You must choose a pseudonym that does not violate these Terms.

3b. Age minimum

Shadow Quiz is intended for users aged 15 or older (French GDPR threshold). Users under 15 must have parental consent to use the service. By using Shadow Quiz, you confirm you meet this age requirement or have obtained parental consent.

4. Prohibited conduct

No cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs to gain unfair advantages
No bots, scripts, or automated tools
No offensive, obscene, or hateful pseudonyms
No disrupting or damaging the service or other users' experience
No impersonating staff, moderators, or other players

5. Purchases / Achats

Shadow Quiz offers one optional paid item: the Pioneer Pack (1.29 EUR), which grants cosmetic rewards (XP, wallpaper, title). This purchase is final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law (EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies before digital content is made available; by completing the purchase you acknowledge immediate delivery and waive the withdrawal right). Payments are processed by PayPal.

Shadow Quiz propose un seul achat optionnel : le Pack Pionnier (1,29 EUR), qui octroie des recompenses cosmetiques (XP, fond d'ecran, titre). Cet achat est definitif et non remboursable, sauf disposition legale contraire (droit de retractation UE de 14 jours applicable avant mise a disposition du contenu numerique ; en finalisant l'achat, vous reconnaissez la livraison immediate et renoncez a ce droit). Les paiements sont traites par PayPal.

6. Advertising

Shadow Quiz displays ads via Google AdSense to support development costs. Ad personalisation requires your consent (GDPR banner). You may refuse personalised ads without losing access to the game.

8. Intellectual Property

All Pokemon-related content (names, images, sounds) belongs to Nintendo / Game Freak / The Pokemon Company. Shadow Quiz is a fan-made project and is not commercially exploiting these assets.

9. Moderation and bans

We reserve the right to remove offensive pseudonyms, delete cheated scores, and ban accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer

Shadow Quiz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accuracy of game content.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.

11b. Governing law / Loi applicable

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence (EU Regulation 593/2008).
Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit français. Tout litige relèvera de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux français compétents, sans préjudice des règles impératives de protection du consommateur de votre pays de résidence (Règlement UE 593/2008).
